At Easy Panels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement project. If our wall panels don't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the panels to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the unused panels back into their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned panels, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
